Service Prices

      Medvice service prices are all open and transparent. 

1. Guest work visa ................................................................................500 Euro/person

(actual employer company, 2 years + 1 year, cannot bring family members, cannot apply for permanent residence). 

2. Ordinary work visa.............................................................................500 Euro/person

(actual employer, up to 3 years, cannot apply for family unification, cannot apply for permanent residence)  

3. Self-employed/company manager visa..............................................1000 Euro company setup +extra

(actual company, 1+2 years, can apply for family reunification after a year.  cannot apply for permanent residence , self-employed tax is twice as the minimum wage. company anager visa requires 5 Hungarians. The cost includes the establishment of the company, the registration of the company address for 1 year, and the provision of shared secretary, shared office, and shared conference room services. 1,000 euros company establishment fee (non-refundable) + service fee, the service price will be decided based on individual case.  

4. Elite visa with high eduction level or high profesional skills............... 1800 Euro/person

(employed by an actual company, high education, 3+3 years, possible for family unification and permanent residence) Must have a university diploma in a major in demand in Hungary, or have high skills, actor, athlete, or coach qualifications.

5. Digital nomad visa ..............................................................................1800 Euro/person 

(income comes from the Internet, 1+1 years, no family unification, no permanent residence). You must prove that you have made a profit with digital means, and your monthly income must reach 3,000 Euros before you can apply for it. 

6. Investment project work visa...............................................................1800 Euro/person 

(actual employer, up to 3 years, can apply for family members, cannot apply for permanent residence),The residence permit is linked with the project, especially suitable for construction projects, and you have to leave Hungary after completion of the project.   

7. Family unification visa   .........................................................................800 Euro+/person

Depending on the situation, the price starts from 800 euros per person. 

8. ICT internal transfer visa for large companies........................................800-1800 Euro/person 

(3 years, possible for family unification, permanent residence) , the company must be large and strong enough. Usually it is used by large enterprises. 

9. Golden Visa for investment..................................................................... 1000 Euro / Family 

(10+10 years, Three generations of the family, the whole family can work, run a business or study . after 3 years, the visa holder can apply for permanent residence permit if they meet the conditions, and after 8 years, the visa holders can apply for citizenship if they meet the conditions) . 

The above fees do not include VAT,  visa fees, domestic and foreign notarization fees, translation fees, courier fees, air tickets and accommodation, and health insurance fees for visas. 

Extension of residence permit  service: 

1. The extension of work residence permit..............................................................................200 Euros per person 

     The application must be made at least 45 days before the expiration of the permit. 

2. The extension of Manager residence permit...................................................................... 300 Euros per person. 

    The fee will be higher if the documents are complicated. 

3. The extension of permanent residence permit with simple procedures...........................100 Euros/person. 

    Submit the permanent residence extension application 40 days before the expiration date.

4. The extension of permanent residence permit with complicated procedures................. 200+ Euros/person

        no tax record, and overdue residence permit.

5. Hungarian permanent residence permit application fee......................................................2000 Euros per person. 

6. EU permanent residence application.....................................................................................2000 Euros/person   

    Need to live in Hungary continuously for 5 years, and the applicant should not leave the country for more than 2 months each year.

7. Citizenship application. ...........................................................................................................2000 Euros per person.  

    Children under 14 years old must have lived in the country for 5 consecutive years, and adults must have lived in the country for 8   consecutive years.

8. EU refugee/protection application ......................................................................................... 100 Euros/hour

it is quoted based on actual situation and paid in stages. The application waiting period is 8 months. During this period, you can get a temporary residence card.

9. Other unlisted extensions of residence permits.....................................................................200 Euros per person. 

10. Applying for a student to transfer to another type of residence permit ...............................400 Euros per person.

        After graduation, you can apply for a 9-month part-time job or self-employment status.

The above fees do not include VAT,  the official application fee, notarization, translation fees, various official certificates, and health insurance fees incurred due to the extension, which are all paid by the applicant seperately.

Real estate buying and selling services

    We are responsible for finding the most cost-effective workers and materials.

    One product category, multiple categories. If there are multiple categories, each category will be charged extra amount . Approval will be issued within 1 year

 One product category. If there are multiple categories, the fee for each category will be increased.

1. Establishment of a limited liability company with one owner only - KFT ................................250 EUR
